Is it safe to shop online? 

This is an important question and our top priority at Trendz Worldwide is to ensure the privacy of our customers and secure payments. Our store is powered by Shopify, one of the safest, most popular ecommerce platforms in the world.

We protect our website with McAfee Secure Certification and SSL Certification. When shopping online, make sure that the website has an SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption installed which is represented by an icon of a locked padlock in the URL bar.

What are my payment options?

At Trendz Worldwide, we offer various ways of payment including PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can also choose to use our secure payment system through Stripe that accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Are payments secure and protected?

We offer 100% secure and protected credit card purchases through Strpe which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.  We also offer PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay for secure purchases.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE worldwide shipping on every order!

How can I track my shipping order?

The majority of all orders come with a tracking number that allows you to track where your package is and when it will be arriving.  Your tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been processed and successfully shipped.  You will also have the option to receive text message updates to track your package.  Data rates from your mobile provider may apply.  Tracking info is not available for every country.

Please note it may take up to 5 days for tracking info to show up in the tracking system.

Why did I receive multiple tracking numbers?

We have multiple warehouses for storing our inventory.  Sometimes the products being ordered may comes from different warehouses, therefore, you will receive more than 1 tracking number to track items separately.

Why is my tracking number not working?

Please allow up to 5 days before your tracking info becomes available.  After 5 days, if you are still having trouble please contact us at info@trendzworldwide.com for a quick resolution.

Can I change my shipping address?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped (processing generally takes 24 to 48 hours).

How come not all my products arrived at the same time?

We have multiple warehouses for storing our inventory.  Sometimes the products being ordered may come from different warehouses, therefore, they may arrive at different times. This method ensures you receive your order as soon as possible. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times are as follows:

DESTINATIONS: 
- United States 7-20 days via e-packet 
- Canada 20-35 days via e-packet 
- United Kingdom 20-40 days via e-packet 
- Australia 13-20 days via e-packet 
- Western Europe: 10-35 business days 
- Rest of the world 20-40 business days

Worldwide shipping times vary due to strict customs regulations for different countries.  Please allow 2 to 8 weeks.

How do I know if the product fits?

When shopping online, you need to know your measurements. We all know that sizes vary depending on the brand or country (e.g. European sizes vs American sizes). We recommend you take a measuring tape and take note of your bust, waist, hips and inseam. You can have your local tailor do it for you if you want. You will find size charts on product pages to help you select the correct size.

How can I save when shopping online? 

One of the benefits of shopping online is that you are able to find products at lower prices due to the economics of e-commerce.

How do I return a product?

We honor a 30 day money back guarantee. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To request a return, please use the contact us form and a team member will get back to you within 24 hours with instructions on where to return your item(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require an order number or other proof of purchase.

Upon request for a refund, we will contact you and give you the address to our processing center to return the product.

Is return shipping free?

Trendz Worldwide is happy to offer free shipping to our customers.  However, all return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What if the item I received is damaged?

Firstly, please accept our sincerest apologies. 

Please contact us within 10 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. A team member will get back to you within 24 hours.

Please have your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package available. We will do our very best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.

How long is the return process?

Processing returns may take up to 7-10 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you a confirmation once your return has been processed.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. 

Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, you should contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

How do I remove items from cart?

Go to the top menu bar and click on the shopping bag icon in the top right hand corner. You will be redirected to a page with all products inside your cart.  Here you can click edit and change the quantity number.  Change it to "0" and click update cart to remove any items.

Depending on the page you are on, you can click on "cart" or "return to cart" as well to be redirected back to your cart and follow the same instructions.
